Future researchers mark milestone

ARC Wessex has been celebrating over 6 years of developing the health and care researchers for the future.
£3 Million has been invested creating 117 internships, 8 PhDs, with 29 post doctorate awards supported.
For every £1 spent there was £9 in return. Doctors, dentists, nurses, physiotherapists, nutritionists, podiatrists, social workers and many many more professionals from across every part of Wessex.
The event welcomed the ARC Wessex board, alongside all the people that have advised and supported the Academic Career Development programme, run by Professor Cathy Bowen and Dr Kinda Ibrahim.
