Including more than 20 £10K internships a year

We are really pleased to announce the start of the NIHR funded Launchpad Programme. The programme is led by Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Trust and a consortium of NHS and academic organisations across the South Central region.
The launchpad programme involves three stages of support to help registered health and care professionals working in the region to get involved in research. The programme offers:
Online support and coaching throughout the three year duration of the programme
A free two day ‘Getting started in research’ training programme which will run annually
Twenty three 10K internships for teams or individuals each year

Online drop in sessions start from November 6th
The ‘Getting started in Research’ two day online course will run on the 4th Dec and 8th Jan. People can apply for the course online until the 31st October.
The internship applications open on the 8th Dec and close Friday 23rd January
A special internship application drop in session will run on the 18th Dec 12-1pm
