Survey: Nursing shift patterns: your views, experiences and preferences

"In this survey, University Of Southampton researchers are interested in your working life and, in particular, your work patterns.

By this, we mean how long you work on any given day and how shifts are organised, for instance what time of day you work, how many days you work per week and how many days in a row you work.

You can answer this survey also if you work standard daytime hours. If you do not work shifts, please refer to your work patterns when answering our questions.

We are interested in your experiences and your views. We are also interested in whether you work your current work pattern by choice or necessity, and the factors that influence these decisions."
